The Guide

Dan is a member of the Maasai tribe and knows the Mara like the back of his hand. On our first Safari together he told me the Mara was his birth right - I could feel the pride and connection he had with his homeland - it was truly special. 

His remarkable knowledge of the landscape and wildlife means he knows where to look, when to look and how to give you the best opportunities for those unforgettable sightings.

When I went on safari with Dan, I saw an incredible variety of wildlife, including a leopard and a cheetah that had recently enjoyed a successful hunt. Those moments will stay with me forever.  

But here's something they don't always tell you about safari: the incredible bond you can develop with your guide. Sharing those magical moments together creates a connection that goes far beyond the wildlife.
